Limited Lifetime Warranty
Register your device below within 7 days of your purchase. Please remember to always keep a copy of your receipt and warranty card to validate your warranty. You are entitled to ONE free replacement for the UNICO Energetic Laser Pulse.
If your product ever has any manufacturing or workmanship defects, we will replace it. So long as you are within your warranty limits, we will repair or replace your device once for free.
The following conditions are NOT covered:
- Damage due to incorrect use
- Damage due to impact
- Damage due to fire, earthquake, flood, lightning or any weather event
- Damage due to incorrect storage
- Damage due to normal wear and tear (device logo wearing off, damaged by creams, serums or other substances)
To claim your warranty, follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at hello@unicoelp.com
- In your email, please describe the issue clearly
- Include the name used on the product registration, order number, information about the faulty product.
- Provide a video showing the malfunction or quality issue.
- Attach the PDF of your warranty registration if you have it or a copy of your warranty card.
- We will verify the issue based on the video provided. If the product is confirmed to have a quality issue, we will offer a free exchange. Please note that if a video of the issue cannot be provided, we may be unable to offer after-sales service. UNICO reserves the final right of interpretation for these terms.
- You are responsible for a shipping & handling fee of $249.00 within the USA, and $299.00 for any shipments outside of the USA (not including custom fees). Warranty does not cover products bought through unauthorized offline and unauthorized online retailers.
Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renew their lifetime warranty coverage.
